They seem to know very little about what is going on in the complex. We had two thefts(me being one of the victims) happen in broad daylight in front of this complex and they say they didn't hear about it until there was a police officer on my front door while I was moving and the assistant manager was there to show my place off. If you decide to live here, you will have to be very cautious being. They have driven up their prices 10% in one year alone, though for what, I can't imagine. There were a LOT of shortcuts taken in the construction of this place. No 3 way hall switches, that would make complete sense! No easy way to drag out the washer and dryer combo so you can clean. Wiring for the bathroom receptacle was not done right. The bedroom insulation allowed our pipes to freeze, even though we had the head up to 70 degrees. The paint job was horrible, drips everywhere. On and on.

Best place I have ever rented from! Very quick on repairs of the apartment. Actually care about their tenants. Staff, including Angie and Brian, are very friendly and helpful. They decorate the main building and areas near the apartments for the holidays. Fitness center in clubhouse is clean and offers great equipment for the space provided. Highly recommend renting from them!

I highly recommend Toonen Properties! When I needed to rent an apartment on short notice, they expedited and processed everything within a couple of days. Throughout my year lease, they were polite and prompt with great service. Even the moving our process was impressive. They were curtious and didn't deduct anything from my security deposit. I found the property team to be very friendly, honest, and reliable!
