This station is poorly managed. When my husband and i stopped in for milk in June, the manager, Donna R. Haines bragged about firing a middle aged male on May 25 who apparently had dyslexia and how she enjoyed playing around with his livelyhood. She boasted that females are the best gender and that men don't deserve to work at this store which is owned by Titletown Oil Corporation.



Ms. Haines will only schedule 1 person during the day on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. During those times, there has been lines from the counter to the door and have even had to wait 15 minutes in line to be taken care of.



It would be worth taking business to a competitor that is better managed and puts customers first.

I went there today with my daughter, and the safety never shut off when the car was filled up, so My daughter and I were doused with gasoline ,and I probally lost $2.00 or more of gas on the ground and all over us. Cashier saw it and didn't care about it, so I'll never go back to the Shell station there again. Needs more people who care working there.
