Roses Express 668

I was not please at all with your store here in Daytona, I went in to buy a 5 shelve book (like ) unit, I ask the clerk when I went in if i could buy the one that's already put together for the $19.99 price, I have trouble with my hands and I needed it already put together for the $19.99 price, she , well, ok .. can you carry it up to the register, i said sure, when I got there, Stacy or Tracy, said you have to pay us the $10.00 it cost to put it together ? I told her the sale clerk told me she would sell it to me for the $19.99 price ? Stacy or Tracy said , well she didn't know any better,, it's $10.00 more or you have to buy the boxed one,, I told her I had problems with my hands, and she said "Sorry About That " its $10.00 or the Box ...I said , I don't think that's right, she said, sorry, tough , that's it, I have to go back to work.. and I her her say (under her breath - ass hole ) .......I will never, ever go back to Roses Express again, and I am going to tell all my friend how I was treated there ....I just can't believe how I was treated, in this day and age of Business trying to get customer's - and you just running them off, after one person tells you something. and the BOSS says, she don't know anything.. ( she should have backed up her employee ) right or wrong, anyway, I will not shop at your store again, not a Big Deal to you I am sure, I know Stacy or Tracy don't really care ..... A.B.
