Precision Transmission

The staff at Precision Auto are wonderful. They were honest and explained what needed to be done and why it was needed. They went above and beyond to keep us informed and give friendly, quality service. We were very pleased with the service all around.

I was very appalled at the treatment I got from the owner of this establishment. He was very unprofessional and rude. I came with a small servo adjustment request, literally no more than a 15 minute swap, no dropping of the tranny. I was told go do it yourself. Apparently this man doesn't have time for small jobs. There was a tech present, and he seemed a little more compassionate about my request, but was helpless to the owners attitude, and therefore could not help me. No room for the small jobs. Thumbs down, and I gave one star because there's no option to give no stars.

These guys are the best! I recently purchased a used car and sad to say that it started having problems within a couple months. I brought it to Precision Transmission on a recommendation from a busy shop closer to home. I'm so lucky they were too busy for me! Not only was Precision Transmission completely honest about what was wrong. They showed me exactly how they came to that conclusion and walked me through the process of fixing it. Next they let me know honestly what else was wrong and how much it would cost. When Jennifer saw the worried look on my face, she asked her husband to put the list in order of importance. When I went to pick up my car, he explained what each problem was and how soon it needed to be addressed. They even let me know that one of the issues, wasn't really an issue and might not ever become a problem. I also shopped around at prices before I brought it to them, and their prices are comparable if not better than many of the other places in the area. I know when I take it to them, what they quote is what I'll pay. Never have they tacked on unseen expenses or additional labor. I am so glad that I have found Precision Transmission - an Honest, Trustworthy, and Dependable company. I won't take my car anywhere else!
