Charleston Place Apartments

We have lived here for over 3 years. Pretty nice place for what we pay. A lot of kids running around, but since school started back up we barely see them.

Please reconsider renting from these people.They take our money & treat us poorly,

like we don't have any rights. They claim on their website what a beautiful pool they have? They keep it filthy. But they have more time to worry about making signs & using money for that just to tell us were not allowed to back our cars in? They take time to make colorful flyers to pass out,about something about cooking out? But they won't take the time to talk with you if their is a problem. Also help you work it out. Their job should be to do everything in their power to make you a happy tenat.But they don't care about you.The roaches & beetle bugs are awful here.Please do not spend your hard earned money here. They charge you for cable[which stinks] & half the time their are several channels out on a regular basis but we still have to pay full amount for the cable.The hallways are filthy dirty. The police come on a regular basis. Don't make the same mistake I did. The management has treated me poorly & have taken advantage of me.Now they charge you a $300 pet deposit,they also make you pay #25 monthly for your pet to stay here & these are non refundable.
