I just bought a new refrigerator and got it delivered today. Luis Jr and Luis Sr were amazing! The 2 guys took out the old one and brought the new one. They were careful and did not waste time getting to my house or taking forever to hook up the fridge. They worked efficiently and swiftly. Luis Jr told me all the different steps how to get my fridge ready for use. Explained to me where all the holders for the fridge were inside the freezer. He also gave me a few pointers of what to look for in the coming days. Since it is a "smart" fridge, he told me that I could put the fridge on my phone. He also explained how cold the fridge and freezer should be and what to watch out for. I am very thankful for the 2 guys. They did a fantastico job!!!!

Justin in home theater was super helpful and helped me choose a great tv. I was overwhelmed at first with the large selection but he was very knowledgeable and helped me decide. Ultimately very happy will be coming back to shop here.

Horrible wish I could leave 0 🌟... Mobile Manager Danny is rude and disrespectful, refused to honor advertised price listed in front of product, then turned from us and walked away.

Came in the store to purchase 2 cell phones as we have done numerous times at Bestbuy without issue.

The Samsung S9 and S9+ have a normal price sticker which do not have any specific promotion information or end dates.

The Samsung S9 shows on the price advertising save $50.16.

The Samsung S9+ says save $100.08 on the price advertising.

When my fiance and I attempted to upgrade our phones, we were told those prices ended this morning. When I questioned this information as it is not listed Danny, who said he is the mobile manager, said it was a pre-order purchase price which ended last night. I inquired further as that is not listed anywhere and he said it is in his head!

Danny who was completely rude, turned his back and walked away, after I said that wasn't good enough, as the advertisement is still in front of each phone and their mistake is not my our.

We simply wanted to purchase 2 cell phones at the price your Bestbuy Daytona Beach, Fl has in front of them. When I asked for the store manager, Danny said that is me and walked away yet again. I said no you are the mobile manager, I want the store manager, Danny said he went home already.

My fiance got Asst. Manager will to cone over about 20 mins later and he said he would give me a free case for our troubles, but that is all.

Well that just isn't going to cut it, this simple purchase should have taken and hour tops. We have been at this store for 2 hours and 50 mins and nobody at Bestbuy wants to fix their mistake.

I hope Bestbuy does the right this and corrects this mistake. Please contact us, as we are loyal elite customers for years

spend your money ELSEWHERE!

I have had just horrible experiences at this Best Buy. I refuse to shop there anymore and haven't been back in 2 years. We spent a lot of money there (home theater, tvs, home and office computers, high-end electronics of all kinds) and cannot believe they treated me so terribly on the last occasion. I bought a $300 piece of electronics at Christmastime that I attempted to return just a tad outside of their return policy. I though it didn't hurt to ask; in fact, I thought they extended their return/exchange period a little longer. Anyway, I went to the service desk with my perfectly in-tact sealed box and receipt. As I was speaking to the very young desk girl requesting a return, she popped my box open--I guess to inspect its contents. She did not yet know that she would not be authorizing the return since it was outside the allowed time frame. She just said, sorry and handed me back my now opened box with stickers on it from passing through the security upon entry. When I asked to speak to the manager, Peter, (again, a very young employee) he approached me with a very gruff, "Do we have a problem?" I was shocked a retail manager would begin a conversation with a patron in this manner (and I told him just that). I explained what his employee mistakenly did to my item and he did not care in the slightest. I just didn't think he "got it," so I explained that I walked into his store with a perfectly packaged piece of expensive electronics that his employee damaged. HIS EMPLOYEE NEGLIGENTLY DAMAGED MY PERSONAL PROPERTY. Even though I did not want to keep the device, I did have the option to sell it or even give it as a gift. BUT, not after the box had been opened. Again, he did not care whatsoever. He was impatient and unsympathetic about the situation. He did not even acknowledge or apologize for the mistake his desk girl made. I am a problem solver, so I asked him to verify what had happened on his business card or my sales receipt and he adamantly refused. I asked who was his supervisor and he said he had none. I asked for his business card and attempted to contact a district manager or superior. I called corporate and found out that at Best Buy, each manager is completely and entirely in charge of his own store. He has sole discretion to oversee the goings on in his store, including exchanges, refunds, and credits without having to answer to anyone. I cannot understand how a company can run a good, honest business like that and still respect their patrons. They can't and they don't. We as consumers are simply numbers without a face. So, no one in my family has returned ... nor will we.



I urge you not to even browse their weekly fliers and to seek your products from other retailers. They just don't deserve good people's business!
