The Market

I was in the Market today and while looking for some pipe tobacco, I inadvertantly knocked a bottle of wine off a display. It fell to the concrete floor and busted.......had to pay $13.00 for it!!! The display was poorly placed and the bottles of wine were not secured in any fashion. As a matter of fact, as the bottle wobbled prior to falling, I was going to reach out to try to save it, but I was afraid in doing so that I would knock additional bottles off the display. I would have thought that the owner, who happened to be in the store at the time, would have at least accepted some, if not all, of the responsibility for the poor placement and subsequent accident. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They lost a previously satisfied customer today.
