huge problems with Danny Wells and this company



I bought a brand new Heat pump June 08



they hane been unable to fit the unit since Jan 27th 2009 after 12 visits



blew off sev veral appts



promised to replace the unit but are not responding to phone callls or following through

very unreliable



I will have to buy a new unit and be out $3,000



use someone else

Wow! Great Service they were extremley prompt on getting to my house and it was at 3:00 a.m. They fixed my problem on the spot within minutes. They made feel very comfortable and they treated me like family. I recommend this company to anyone who has a problem with there furnace.
