Nail Expo

HORRIBLE! I paid 60 dollars for a mani an pedi on saturday and today is Wednesday and they are already chipping on my nails and toes! fyi i got shellac on my nails and those (if done professionally and correctly) can last up to three weeks. smh service was horrible technicians didn't even know how to work the massage chairs. technicians are running through the store having their own personal conversations. Technicians are sharing items, they dont have their own. I was told I had to wait until another technician was finished using the base nail polish before he could base my nails. I have see through spots in my nail polish as well! I wonder if they are all licensed! Equipment is outdated. I go to a spa to relax and get beautified and this was the most unsettling experience. I got my eyebrows waxed an there was hair all over the bed she had me lay on and im missing a patch in one of my eyebrows b/c she was obviously rushing! I will be returning back to my own salon who provided PROPER SERVICE. I do not reccomend them. Go elsewhere with better quality and service.
