Memories Banquet Hall

My son rented the hall for his reception. It was very nice we were able to get the keys the evening before the wedding so we were able to decorate that evening. I do have a few complaints. Some of the white table cloths were not clean and during the reception it began to rain and the ceiling leaked and we had to move a few tables. When we turned the keys back in we told them about the issues we had. They didn't seem to interested in trying to make good on the Inconvience we had. They didn't offer to return some of our money and they knew the roof leaked. It was a nice place if it had not rained it would have been a perfect

I have used this banquet hall numerous times and always recommend it to my friends. The prices and hours that you are available to use the hall are great. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a banquet hall.

The place is really nice and reasonably priced. However the contract says to pick up the keys between 6-8 the night before the event. However the business you are told to pick the keys up at closes at 6!!! There is no number you can call to get a hold of anyone you just have to suck it up and wait till 10 the next morning. Then it gets better: You get there right at 10.....and no one is there! So we get the pharmacist, at the Medicine Shoppe, to make a few phone calls to try to get someone. He finally got a hold of someone and they said they sleep late and they were on their way. Didn’t get the keys till 10:30….3 HOURS before the wedding. My suggestion when booking this is to have a plan B!
