Leslie's Swimming Pool Supplies

I am having a hard time finding a good place to get my chemicals tested for my pool and get straight answers and good information. Leslie's, depending on the people working, can either be not informative enough, or overly informative. I don't really care about the chemistry and workings behind the chemicals, I just want to know what chemicals I need to make my pool work properly and how to prevent unbalanced chemicals and problems. They have an abundance of supplies and equipment at reasonable prices, but I am mostly concerned with the every day happenings with my pool. I am a new pool owner and have only had one for 2 years. I need simple customer service and can't seem to find it.... I will be looking for other options....
