VERY BAD AND UNSANITARY FOOD



if any one give this place a high rating there must work at this place because there food is nasty there meat is 2 days old and chewue either over cooked or under done the rice served here sits in a pan for hours none of there food is served fresh to order and if u ever order carry out here u will see they never wash there hands and never used gloves the manager / owner is more concerned about stealing your money than providing quality service and quality food

On 2/14/14 my family and I ordered dinner from the smithville location. Took over an to get our order. Which was fine. But upon getting over food. Our order was wrong and some of it was burnt and very hard lol. Which happens. But here's the best part. I called to tell them I was gonna bring the burnt food back to have it remade. They said no and Hung up the phone on me lol. Well at this point I still thought maybe it was a dropped call on my cell phone. So I called back ask fir a manager this time. Click they Hung up again. I'm thinking really..... My phone is acting. So I call back again. They pick this time.... I asked for a manager. Asked him if he would replace the burnt and I would bring the burnt food to his store and show him. He said no ill give you 6$ off and Hung up.... At this ooint im really laughing. He didn't let me get to the part about the item we didn't order.... Everyone I have honesty order from there before no problems. Si the next morning I drove to the store with food. Showed him the burnt items also the items i didn't order.... Asked why you kept hanging up onTold him the same story I'm telling you.... He said no refund we were busy...I cant make money if I replace it. Here's the best part.... He also said I was that 5% percent of people that just complain. Told me if I didn't leave his store and if I called again. He would call the cops.... I was nice the whole just laughed.... I asked him for the corporation number because I didn't think he was doing his job. He gave me the bird folks... No lie lol. This was the manager by the way. Walked away he did. Take your chances if you wish.... I wont ever again.
