The customer service here is superb they always have smiles on their faces, when I have gone in person the staff has been knowledgeable and attentive they always give me suggestions on how to grow and manage income.

I love having a branch located in the community it helps me manage my funds easier, there's so many advantages being a loyal customer in the Chase Ecosystem because frankly they have a lot to offer this branch helps with supporting the Wright Dunbar area as part of the urban revival of the historical area of Dayton and Chase is helping the community through this branch as the area is part of the new zones program, Chase Bank makes everything easy for me the online user interface and corresponding phone app was built to navigate through making everything from paying bills, to transferring or sending money and depositing checks it makes communicating with the bank really simple I will always use Chase they care about the community and they are very loyal to customers.

This fantastic full-service location is great one of the most professional and best banking team I have had the pleasure of working with. Branch Manager, Fayah very helpful. Highly recommend this branch with a large parking lot for customers, security and a drive through ATM. This Chase Bank branch is the only full service bank branch on the West Side of Dayton as there are no other branches closeby on the West side other than a credit union. Branch is located at a conventient spot on the entrance to downtown Dayton from the West side. Dedicated customer parking is easily available on a corner and the drive through ATM conveniently located across the branch. Mortgage, business and personal banking and locker services are also available

Great bank in the historical district of Wright Dunbar neighborhood. This bank is a big part in revitalizing this community. Using investments to help this historical community. This bank is a great asset to the community of Wright Dunbar historical district. They are helping with the revitalization of this neighborhood. This bank is also the only full service bank in the area. Easy parking and atm drive thru access. Jason is a wonderful employee

Chase is helping the community through this branch as the area is part of the new opportunity zones program with the goal of spurring private investment in distressed communities and I really thank them for that. One main thing is they are great people! The level of customer service is through the roof and I never have to worry about my car being dented or stolen in their parking lot. This Chase Bank branch is the only full service bank branch on the West Side of Dayton with no other banks for miles on the West Side. The branch provides good service under the helm of a polite and helpful bank manager Mr. Fayah along with other helpful employees. Branch has easy and accessible drive through ATM on the opposite side of the intersection and also has ample parking space for customers. I love this branch. I noticed this is the only full service bank on the west side of dayton and there are no other banks for miles except for local credit unions. Which is a plus. The staff is Great, polite and helpful. The bank manager Mr. Fayah is always so kind and helpful.
