Rons TV & Service

Horrible service! This is also Rons tv and Ron does not care about his customer service or repairs. When I took it in it was working with a beautiful picture just kept turning on and off by itself (power supply board) When I went back in after a month of him having the tv and calling weekly only to be told he was waiting on the parts I was told he didn't have the money to pay for the part so he would not be getting to it anytime soon. When I asked how you run a business of repairing items without money to pay for the parts he laughed and said it wasn't his problem. He would get to it when he had money coming it. Needless to say I took my tv home only to find it doesn't work at all now and have to take it somewhere else to see what he did to it. Ron takes $45 to even look at the tv and from there does not care if he fixes the problem or not. No customer loyalty and doesn't care what his customers think of him. I have since had 4 friends tell me the same thing has happened to them at this business. Save your time and money and go to somewhere that cares about customer service and the quality of their work. Ron is one scary man!

When Ron came to our house he seemed polite enough gave a estimate to repair our T V and would have to order a color wheel.He never called and when we called him two weeks later he snapped at my wife,when we got him to commit to come he never showed up no phone call nothing.We called again he came over put the part in and the same thing was wrong, of coarse he was upset but when my wife offered to hold the light for him he yelled at her and said he did not need any help.Needless to say it scarred my wife.When I got home I could tell she was upset about some thing.When I approached Ron I thought I was going to be attacked in my own home.I never had that happen before I asked him to leave my home.Avoid this man.

I called the shop at 9:30 a.m. and a repairman was out by 10:30. fixed the problem, and was gone by 11:00. The cost was reasonable considering the distance he had to drive, the gentleman was polite and informative, and I am very happy with this company. I would call again in a heartbeat. The $85 was well spent.
