For most Chinese buffet veterans, there is a plan of attack when approaching the steam tables. Mine is to hit the soups and appetizers first, unless an extravagant dish stands out. On this occasion I was glad I hit the soups first. I searched for the right words to describe the unlabeled entr��es offered and settled on my dining partner's description: "blah."

The egg-drop soup and hot and sour soup were on par with New York-style Chinese food; perfectly duplicated and hot enough to burn your tongue. The hot and sour soup didn't skimp on the heat -- in temperature or in spice. It's Santa Fe's Asian answer to green chile stew.

Save your money!!!! Go somewhere else!!



First time- walked into extremely RUDE service, the hours said they were open until 10pm, we walked in before 9pm and they said Take Out only. Fine, so we ended up ordering Kung Po Beef and Schezwan Chicken- the most BLAND, tasteless food I have ever tried. If you don't mind 5 stalks of celery in every bite, old meat, and the crunchiest doughiest egg roll- this is the place for you! I have no idea why the prices are so high here! DO NOT GO HERE! You'll thank me later, or wish you didn't if you do!
