Rick Case Honda

Misleading and totally disorganized dealership, I had an appointment to test drive the 2014 Honda accord EXL hybrid I spoke with salesperson Frank P on Saturday twice, appt was. For Sunday noon, Frank called At 11am Sunday morning to confirm appt and reminded me they only had one for test drive and if I wanted to purchase. I would have to order, and it could. Take several. Weeks to arrive, I explained I wanted to still test drive and if I liked the experience I could order. I drove 45 miles. I arrived to find the car on showroom floor and ask for Frank at the desk after about 20 min and several salesman asking if i'd been help Frank P appears disheveled and states he didn't get the car ready because "people always call and never show up" but he would find the porter and have it brought around the front of the dealership, after waiting another 20 minutes Frank returns crestfallen and states" the car has been purchased? ??
By this point after waiting for 45 minutes I was less than amused and asks to speak to a manager, Andy Radu tells me test drive is impossible and he is sorry and doesn't know why Frank told me the car was available they then tried to sell me a non hybrid. Accord stating" why would you want a hybrid, most people want the v6 " really Frank? I will relate. this to all friends and will definitely not Buy from RICK CASE HONDA.
