Great service,this is my 5th time shipping cars & motorcycles, the price they give is accurate, don't let other companies low ball you because they will have your car sitting there for weeks with all states I never had a problem and they always deliver on time!!!

THIS COMPANY IS NO GOOD! They use the bait and switch method. Vanessa is very unprofessional. She quoted us one price and came back $250 higher 2 days later. It gets worse. She called me back just to argue with me. That’s bad business! Save yourself the time and avoid this company.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD BEWARE....This is fraud company, please be beware of this company.

Issue: They sent me $500 contract and after signing this contract they bump it to $550. Seeing this I didn't signed this new contract and didn't shipped my car with them. But then also they charged me $200.

One more thing, I also got at least three different price quotes from same company only agents were different. So to transport same car between same location I got different($500,$550,$650) quote.

My suggestion- please don't do business with this company.

BEWARE...MAKE PROMISES THEY DON'T KEEP. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I had called a month in advance to have my car transported from Florida to California. I gave them a 10 day window in which the car could be picked and delivered. They said no problem. And there it began. The first company they set me up with tried to communicate with me through text only and were going to deliver my car before I even arrived in California. They said if I wasn't there to accept delivery that they would take the car back to Florida. Ridiculous. Then they couldn't find another carrier until 12 hours before I got on a plane. No stress there. The other carrier wasn't able to make the date I needed the car by so I ended up having to rent a car for a week. They wouldn't cover any of that cost even though they couldn't meet my needs. Then the carrier was 3 days later than expected and they did nothing to compensate for that either. They could have cared less about helping me in anyway or that they didn't fulfill their initial promises. I spoke to 2 manager's who both told me that they would "look into things" and never heard back from either of them. Need I really say more...

I purchased a Tahoe over the internet, and was looking for a transport company to have my new truck delivered to Chicago. I found All States Car Transport via the internet and was extremely satisfied with the prompt delivery time, as well as the customer service. The whole process was completely uneventful just the way I like it.

Really liked the price and service. They were super careful to keep me updated along the way and were super prompt with shipment. Would recommend.

I had a last minute pickup, and All States Car was excellent. They communicated throughout the process of trying to find a driver, and follows up and followed through with me. Pricing was competitive, and they communicated through me through the negotiation process with drivers. They were thorough when explaining the pros and cons. While I received quotations from several transporters, when I spoke with David it felt rather reassuring that my car will be transported correctly. He never tried to oversell me anything and he gave me facts which helped me plan my move better. In fact it was so great, that I received the car exactly on the day I landed by plane to Houston. David gave me good information when I needed, and kept me updated on the status of the order. It was great working with him on this transaction. I would certainly recommend him to others, and use again if needed.

Great communication throughout process. This time delivery was actually a day early. No damage, no hassle. I always buy used cars, and this company makes it possible for me to look across the whole country to find exactly the color & options that I want. They are truly professional and once you submit the order, they move the process along very smoothly. I will use them again.

From New York to Arizona, it ONLY cost $1165!! All States Car Transport is TOP NOTCH. They're customer service was fantastic and they took care of all of the moving. I looked other places and the quotes I received were between $1500-$2000. But, All States was only $1165! I didn't have to put any money down and they guaranteed my car would be delivered on time It was a no brainier from there. I have family back in NY who may be also moving out to AZ in the near future and I have already recommend All States Car Transport to them. If I ever move back east, I'll be contacting All States Car Transport again, without a doubt.

Kevin was very professional, honest, and quick to respond throughout the process; I would definitely recommend working with him if you're considering using All States Car Transport for your move - but the staff at All States Car Transport has been a pleasure to work with for the most part.

Best Auto Transport Company in Florida. My job transfered me to California and the thought of driving my car all the way across the country was unappealing.
