Walmart - Pharmacy

There are frequent occasions in which I question whether the time and money I try to save at this particular Walmart are truly worth my efforts.

It is hit and miss on the courtesy of the pharmacy staff.

Just a couple of the items I have recorded, both in audio and in script include

1) Multiple times of being told my wait time would be 25-30 minutes and it has never once been shorter than an hour. .

2) Returning home and counting the number of pills and realizing I have been short-changed.

3) The most serious: returning home with someone else's medicine even though I had called in my number and the bottle had my number printed on it but the medicine within was not mine.

I choose to document. But it is truly a scary scenario to do business at this Walmart. Please try to give the local pharmacists your business if possible: those whose sense of professionalism, effective use of time, and knowledge of pharmaceuticals is of utmost importance. You will not receive that here.
