2013 Honda Crosstour. Referred to me by Tameron where I bought my car. Rettigs was not an approved repair shop by my insurance but I insisted. $10k later and 5 weeks later my car is ready. When I test drive I told Rettigs it was very noisy. Sounded like my sunroof was open. It was not. I insisted they drive it and Rettigs said it was "normal
wind noise Blowing over the side mirrors". So I took it to Tameron and had them drive it (I didn't tell them what to look or listen for). Within 15 seconds they said it was too noisy. They asked me if my sunroof was open. It was not. When I went to back to Rettigs and told them this they said if I brought my car back that I would be PERSONALL RESPONSIBLE FOR MONIES if insurance didn't pay. I told them but you didn't do your job. I would think after $10k you'd be able to make it right. They didn't care.

Overall

Excellent company with which to do business. I had front end work done, including paint. They scheduled me quickly and the work was done quickly with only a minor, understandable delay for a dealer out-of-stock situation on one of the parts. Paint was White metallic and matched perfectly with adjacent body panels. Very reasonable price. They cleaned the interior thoroughly, at no charge. Highly recommended.
