        Serving the Illinois community for more than 50 years, Monical's Pizza Corporation is a food service institution specializing in thin crust pizza. It has 63 restaurants located throughout Central Illinois with several in Indiana and one in Wisconsin. Some of the nonvegetarian pizza toppings include bacon, ham, hamburger, pepperoni, sausage, seasoned chicken and steak. The vegetarian pizza toppings feature black olives, green bell peppers, green olives, Italian hot peppers, minced garlic, mushrooms, onions, pineapple, spinach and tomatoes. Based in Danville, Ill., the restaurant has a choice of mozzarella, extra cheese or premium blend cheese, which is a mixture of cheeses.
