Batteries Plus Bulbs

This place is literally heaven on earth. I walked in to buy a car battery and ended up setting an appointment up for the screen on my iphone to be repaired as well as some other cool gadgets!

This store isn't what you think it is. It has such a wide variety in selection! Even when you think you won't find the weirdest battery or bulb, they have it here. If they don't have it here, they will gladly order it for you!

Not to mention, the store owner Chris is such a great guy. He is so full of knowledge and facts! The best part is, they installed my car battery for free!! How can you complain about that!! The price of the battery was pretty good considering it is a duracell battery.

I would definitely recommend shopping here. The staff is friendly and willing to help you in any way they can.

I would definitely recommend this place for absolutely everything. I've read the reviews below and after going there and based on my experience I found this store to be super helpful and knowledgeable.

I originally had stopped in to purchase a car battery and found that they had a huge selection of batteries and light bulbs. When i bought my car battery, I didn't know that they would install it for free but the gentleman who worked on my car got it done in a timely and efficient manner. The gentleman, Chris, was so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was so pleased with my experience, I would recommend this place for everything!!

Bought a battery here based on the store employees advice. He said I could return it if it didnt work out as long as I kept the receoipt and package. It turned out to be the wrong battery for my application but when I tried to return it a woman who Identified herself as the owner wouldnt even let me finish explaining what her employee told me. She just talked right over me saying "nope, nope, nope". She said they wouldnt do a return or exchange because it had been opened. She didnt even try to help me find a battery that would work for my application. Rude people here. Not customer focused. Never shop here again.

I am totally disappointed with Batteries + Bulbs and will not shop there again. We had purchased quite a few items there such as hard to find bulbs, gift items, lights. We purchased a $50 battery converter which promptly blew (running two strings of Xmas lights, so it was not the draw) after testing. The unit was not wet or submerged (we used it on a boat) - it was protected. When we returned it we were told the owner would have to look at it. He called the next day and said that it had been submerged in water and he couldn't return it to the manufacturer so he couldn't do anything. I started to explain exactly what happened and he repeatedly interrupted me to the point I had to interject, "Can I please finish" he obviously was not even listening to me and didn't care less. He said he would lose money if he gave us an exchange or store credit. Hmmmm... Interesting way to keep your customers. The item was not submerged, as I said it was protected and blew. We had to keep it on the boat even though it was broken because we were in an albeit ruined event. Probably some DROPS of water may have been on the unit after it was blown since we had to focus our attention elsewhere. HOWEVER, he could have given us a store credit. No way. I said we shopped there for other things. Could he give us a coupon for a % off our next purchase? AT LEAST? Nope. Whatever is on a flyer or in store promotion is what he said he'd give us, which is nothing. That guy has ZERO customer service skills, he is rude and we will not shop there again. Ever. Nor will we ever recommend it to anyone. You can get plenty of those items elsewhere and they are not less expensive, just convenient. I will say that the store clerks are very nice and helpful and knowledgeable. I imagine they have a high staff turnover.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is awful! My child broke our Ipad's screen when it was dropped on the kitchen floor. I brought the Ipad into this store to have the screen fixed and they said they could fix it, "no problem" and it would be ready the next day. Long story short, 3 weeks later I finally get it back, and now the Ipad has a new screen but ZERO battery life and it crashes continuously. I made several attempts to initially retrieve it and it was not ready (they never called to say it wasn't ready or that they needed more time). When I finally did get the Ipad back with the new screen, we had the harsh realization that somehow they (Chris, the "owner") managed to completely bust the battery which worked perfectly fine before. Bottom line: The IPAD IS COMPLETELY BROKEN NOW. Won't charge past 5%, and when we try to use it while plugged into the wall, it blacks out continuously. A few of other the highlights: The owner (Chris) took the Ipad home with him (when I was told it was ready and could come pick it up!!). After we realized the new issues the Ipad had after they finally fixed the screen, we took it back to them and told them the new problems we now faced. The other "owner" Saba literally SCREAMED at me in front of my 4 year old that they would not fix the new problem of the battery and black screen and said that if I had a problem with it, then I could take it to Corporate. When I asked for the number at Corporate, she screamed while walking away from me: "Go look it up on the F***** web, I'm not your slave!". I left there in tears, with a completely useless ipad and having never ever been treated so poorly by anyone before. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS, AND IF YOU VALUE YOUR EXPENSIVE IPADS AND PHONES, DO NOT HAVE THEM TAKEN HERE TO BE FIXED!



The one star is only because I have to put a rating, but they deserve zero. Justin was a good kid and employee, Saba and Chris on the otherhand, the "owners" are absolutely appalling and the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered.
