We used Ultimate Limo for the first time this summer for a round trip transfer to JFK from Brookfield CT. Shannon was a pleasure to work with; she was very professional and willing to work with us to take advantage of available coupons / discounts.

Both of the drivers were on time which is key to ensuring a good first impression for me. We had two different drivers, both named John, and like Shannon they had a positive attitude and very pleasant during the trips; despite the heavy traffic which I'm sure was frustrating but they kept their cool at all times.

We're using this company again for a group transfer to JFK this Fall and I'm sure we'll have another great experience.

Ultimate provided a fabulous Limo for my son’s wedding- my step granddaughters loved it and added much excitement to the special day! The driver Scott was terrific and I would highly recommend this company

we got an AWESOME deal from these guys! We got a stretch Escalade, a shuttle van to and from the hotel and reception for 6 hours, as well as a limosine service to JFK airport from Danbury for just under $1500! They were always accomodating to us as we kept adding things onto our order throughout our planning process and the drivers were all friendly and helpful. The Limo for the wedding party was fully stocked with champagne and alcohol and the limos were all very clean and nice. I would recommend these guys to anyone getting married and want a great value!

They didn't show up for my daughter's wedding even though they had prior notice and payment in advance. Very disappointed. We will never use them again.

Hands down the most professional service i have ever used. Email confirmations and text message with follow up receipts there was no hassles involved and the girl in the office was great ! i will use them for my daughters upcoming sweet 16 in 2 months.. thank you for being great:) A loyal customer

Me + my boyfriend took their Hummer limo out with our friends last weekend and it was great! It had an awesome lit up floor and tons of cool stuff, it was an awesome time.Helpful service and cheapest rates!
