        Overall

        The counter person didn't know they sold 3 piece meals and tried to charge us for each individual item. Then we were told that the original recipe chicken was burned and we'd have to wait another 20 minutes. Manager didn't seem to care that several orders were cancelled and people walked out. With all these promotions, you would think they'd try to put their best foot forward. Very disappointing!
