General Info: Dr. Copen's areas of expertise include coronary artery disease, heart failure, angina, atrial fibrillation, cardiomyopathy, syncope, hyperlipidemia and prevention of heart disease. Dr. Copen was chief of cardiology at Danbury Hospital for thirty years and started the cardiac catheterization service. He taught Cardiology at Yale for thirty years and currently teaches cardiology fellows at Danbury Hospital.
