Dave's RV Center

Dave Jr is a nice guy but be warned they will rip you off! A $2,000 break job just cost us nearly 5,000!! They know they have you in an emergency situation and take advantage. Very sad.

THE place to go if you have a problem with your RV. I've taken my Winnebago Vectra to Dave's RV Center for servicing 4 times over the last year to clear up some issues with the generator, airbags, exhaust system and water heater. I can tell you this: You won't find a more honest, helpful and thorough businessman than Dave, Jr. He's totally committed to making sure that repairs are done the right way and at a fair price. My experiences there feel more like Doctor-Patient than Technician-Customer. He takes the time and asks all the right questions to get to the bottom of the issue and advise you on the best route to go moving forward. I'm a customer for life. Can't wait to buy a newer RV from Dave when the time is right.

Okay. Here's a plug. I've gone to Dave's RV in Danbury, CT with my Roadtrek camper van for several years. He's always done great work, been honest, and has a dog that thinks he is God. After today, so do I. My nearly new, 2 month old alternator stopped working amazingly just as I drove into his place....(I was going there for what I thought was another problem.) Although clearly under warranty, the guy at NAPA balked about reimbursing me. I listened to Dave Jr. on the phone and couldn't believe how he went to bat for me....several phone calls.. Another guy might have not bothered, shrugged, and said I would just have to pay him. Instead, he took care of my problem AND the situation. I didn't pay anything. A truly honorable businessman, and a great mechanic for my Roadtrek. I recommend him highly.
