Most of the time I bring my business into small businesses to keep our economy within the community. I decided to go into Vargasville to take a passport picture and print a few documents. I live a few blocks near UPS and Walgreens. I could've gone to UPS to print my documents and I could've gone to Walgreens to get a cheaper passport picture; however, I decided to go into Vargasville to keep MY MONEY in the community.



WORST IDEA EVER!!!!!!!



I won't spend time sharing all my negative experience with Raquel (owner); however, I will say that she has an ATTITUDE and HOSTILITY problem. I felt so uncomfortable, and I felt Raquel's bias towards me when she replied to questions I asked her nicely. I thought I was the problem and started to think, "maybe it's my tone of voice, my rhetoric, my appearance (I was wearing workout clothes)." Then as I stepped back to acknowledge my very uncomfortable situation, I saw a sign in her business that stated, "BE NICE HOLD YOUR TONGUE...BE KIND SHOW CIVILITY..." I was so confused that she's demanding for kindness and civility and she's NOT LEADING by example. You won't get what you don't give.



SHE GETS TREATED THE WAY SHE TREATS OTHERS.



RAQUEL IS RUDE and I WILL NEVER BRING MY BUSINESS HERE.
