When I 1st came in on 8/8, I was greeted and treated kindly and placed an order for tablecloths, napkins, etc. as well as a balloon order for my sons wedding rehearsal on 8/10. The morning of the rehearsal it was 105 degrees and I called Diana about my concerns regarding picking up the balloons. I asked if there was a way to place a plastic bag or tablecloth over each of the 3 balloon bouquets for transport and she said she doesn't have anything and expressed her concern that the balloons will already have trouble holding any air due to the heat and she asked what type of vehicle options we had for transport. She felt that the Jeep Grand Cherokee would be the best bet. I told her the groom and his brother would be picking them up and she said she would load them to ensure the best success in transport. The A/C in the vehicle was left running for over an hour by the time they arrived as after the balloon pick up and delivery to the venue they also needed to pick up catering platters for the reception. Unfortunately, the first set of balloons she attempted to leave her building with to load, immediately began popping before we could even take delivery. My sons called me to tell me she was unable to come up with a solution and left. Diana the owner however refused to offer a refund and we didn't receive or take delivery of even 1 balloon. Today, I called and spoke to Diana and I again requested a refund and she refused. I requested as a solution to offer me store credit for the unreceived merchandise as it was my desire not to file a credit card dispute over $30 in balloons and to come to a reasonable and fair solution. She was very argumentative but, she reluctantly said she would allow me to receive store credit. Unfortunately, she backed out of the agreement and sent a text message (attached). it's the true character of a business owner and model, when they refuse to offer any reasonable solution after they receive your $$$. Be wary of patronizing this business
