Endometriosis, an often painful disorder of the female reproductive system, is most common in women in their 30s and 40s. For many Dallas women, a diagnosis of endometriosis can often be confusing or worrisome — and for good reason.

As soon as you discover you are pregnant, we encourage you to schedule your prenatal care at our Dallas pregnancy care center. We offer all antenatal care, including ultrasounds available in all three trimesters. For your peace of mind, we also offer non-invasive pregnancy testing for genetic errors (NIPT). This type of testing primarily looks for chromosomal disorders caused by missing or extra chromosomes, which include Down syndrome, Patau syndrome, Edwards syndrome, and others. NIPT is a form of screening, meaning it is used to predict whether your baby is at risk for genetic abnormalities. The results are not guaranteed, and follow-up testing is usually required to confirm the diagnosis. For the most accurate results, we do not suggest this screening until after the 10th week of pregnancy.
