Tornado Bus Company

We were supposed to depart from Dallas to Chicago at 9 am it’s already 11:20 am n they wont give us any information in regards to our departure last time i ride with this company

Esperamos el camion de Dallas -chicago por 4hrs y apenas saliendo de la terminal el chofer se para a tragar y otra hora no mamen el peor servicio no usen este servicio se los digo de corazon yo y mi familia definitivamente no mas este servicio.

Son unos rateros la peor compañía de autobuses ami me robaron 50 dólares raterosssssss!!!!son los peores

This bus company is the worst by far. I called to book two seat together for an adult and child. When my mother arrived to the office they inform me i have seats 7 and 10. I called the day before to specifically buy seats 9 and 10 and even got a confirmation for the seats. Who in their right mind sit a 6 year old with a stranger. My mother was informed by there employees that they didnt care as long as someone bought their tickets nothing mattered (fernando from mcallen said that).

Horrible!!! My uncles lost $240 because of this bad service! I called to complain, no answer! I sent an email, no answer! We went to the local office, no help at all!!

I was pleasantly surprised at our driver Juan Medina that drove us from Dallas to McAllen on July 15 from the I30 location. Que senor mas atento y cortez como ya casi no hay. Realmente un caballero. I have been riding another bus company and was so pleased at the courteous ticket agents, baggage handlers to our driver. Dispite horrific traffic delays that were not his fault he drove cautiously, kept us informed and stated positive the entire time. Congratulations and KUDOS to Tornado dor hiring such a gentelman and a true professional. I won't give the 5 star because only 1/4 of the charging stations under each seat worked. Also the audio on the movies was poor. �������������������� for Juan Medina the bilingual driver.

Bus #6235 on I10 and I12 driving at high speeds and weaving through traffic during VERY poor weather conditions. Very unsafe for other drivers.
