        Terrible Experience

        We purchased a home 2 years ago and our developer used this company. We went to refinance our home only to find out their survey had to be redone. They missed 5 easements, one being the power line easement that has been there for over 25 years. How do miss the power lines running through the front yard?????? They also put a statement on their surveys stating its no good for future transactions.

        Our title company said they have issues all the time with this co. We called Davis and McDill and they redid the survey CORRECTLY for less money than these bozo's
