Phat Matt's Hot Wings & Fish

First time there and I was highly satisfied. One problem, too far away from my home in Alvarado. :-) Had the 2 piece Fish and five wing baskets. The fish were huge planks of the just right cooked catfish and the wings were fairly big too. Both were juicy and the wings were tender. Wish the wife liked catfish too. Going for more fish tonight by getting a 1 fish 5 wing basket for the wife and me. I do recommend you try Matt's it's worth it.
Four stars because it is over 40 miles from home.
