Mesquite Greens

Living here temporarily while.waiting on house to be built. While they boast the quiet of being out of the city but having all the amenities of a professionally run property, they couldn't be further away from the truth. They are more like an annoying HOA...but smack in the middle of a mobile home park. Weird, I think so. They can and will harass you for every stupid little thing but won't hold up their end of the deal. All they care about is making money from fines. Hello, you can get a fine for leaving your dog outside unattended, even though they are fenced in. This means, you can't go inside and let your dog use the bathroom and enjoy the sunshine. You literally have to be out there with them. May quite possibly have to support their paws while they poop too...who knows. Every month it seems they are.coming up with new and ridiculous rules. They let trash build up in residence yards...everyday, I walk out to my drive and find wrappers and beer cans lining my drive. Umm...where the heck are.these maintenance men you boast about? During the summer, the pool stays greens and very well under code. They didn't even service it professionally until I made a complaint and threatened to report them. Only then was action taken. We've had our vehicle broken into and that's no surprise due to the amount of people endlessly walking around the community. Plus, the park backs up to the service road where truck drivers park alongside for a rest. I can't tell you how dangerous that situation could be. Overall, this place is a joke. The people that manage this property are a joke. Do not move here, you will be very unhappy.
