Mega Motors

I only gave them one star because they won't let me put zero. Mega motors is the biggest scam ever!!! I bought my first car from them and I didn't even have it for a week before I had to get it towed because it stopped working. They told me that I just needed a minor $60 when in reality it was a $2000 fix. When I got the car towed from them I asked if I could switch cars with the same down payment and they said I couldn't because I owed them money. I hadn't even had it for a week and I put more down then the required down payment ! Do. Not. Go. There

I bought my first car through them and was stranded the next day. Before I bought the car I was told they would help me if I needed help, only to be told that I was on my own once I bought the car. I was told that the battery in the car wasn't even a car battery!



They literally have thugs(no joke) as 'saleman' that have ZERO customer service skills and won't let you to speak with the manager to discuss problems with the car.



All of my problems were told to be 'minor' so they wouldn't help me. One day one of my 'locked' doors opened when I was driving to work...I could have been hurt, but nope, 'that's minor bro!" ~_~ I had to fix the thermostat, the car didn't have seat belts in the backseat, couldn't open the back doors from inside the car, no glovebox, no rearview mirror, no radio, 276,000 miles...yeah I know, it was my first car and I didn't know any better.



When I reported them to the BBB, they once again lied about me saying I 'damaged the car'. They lied about how much money I paid, saying I paid much less than what I paid, which was almost $3,000 dollars on a car that was worth $500. They gave me a name of a person to call ____ who doesn't even exist. BBB's 'solution'? Get me another one of their lemon cars at a down payment equal to my last car! Why would I go through that mess again!?





Odd, I posted a review on google and it was left as 'private', so no one can see how scum they are. That alone shows you what losers they are. Every time I go past their lot it looks like a war scene with screwed up looking cars. Don't go there, they prey on people inexperienced and bad credit.

Had a truck from them and well, they repo it before my payment was due. DONT BUY FROM MEGA MOTORS. bad people and they give you the run around. all young people working there that dont know what they are doing. 1 star bad
