Jo Anne Spears, LCSW

I've been seeing mental health professionals for the past 32 yrs. By far, the best mental health provider I've ever had has been my three and a half year relationship with my therapist Jo Ann Spears LCSW. She is kind, caring, and always has a smile on her face. She reminds me of my strengths continously, and helps me deal with the challenges I face. She has guided me to use humor/laughing, music, art/creativity, nature, sunlight, structure, routine, and meditation/breathing/quiet time in my daily life to improve my mental health overall. My life is better now because of her than it was three and a half years ago.
I would highly recommend her services to anyone who is seeking someone to talk to. I'm going to start wearing a t-shirt that says, "I am terfific, thanks for asking. Just ask my therapist. She is great!".
