I don’t live in Dallas but have friends and family here. Having car problems far from home is a fearful thing. This is the second car I have taken to J & A and they have done quality work on both vehicles. My last car was a Toyota Tundra with 150,000 plus miles on it. They replaced a water pump for a lot less than my home shop.
My current car is a Saturn Vue with just 40 thousand miles. They did a great repair on some brake sensors at a good price. Only one issue after this was a slight noise. On my latest trip several weeks since the repair I stopped in and they found a loose cover which they fixed for no charge. Very fair.
As far as these other reviews, they are not accurate for me. The guys here are always polite. English is not their first language so I don’t always catch what they say the first time, but communication is not a problem. This is a well run garage with a smart and honest crew. This is what you hope for in a garage. Excellent.

The sorriest place ever , so don't take your car there they will rip you off!!!!!
