Handy Dan

Contrary to the other customer review I had a very different experience. I was reccomended to Handy Dan by a friend of mine that is a reapeat customer. I have a roof leak that came through my kitchen ceiling. I called Handy Dan and they sent a handyman named Gary. Although he was not able to find the correct shingles on his visit to my home he did install a tarp on the roof to stop the leak until the right product was installed. Within a week he had ordered intstalled the correct shingles and was also able to repair the drywall damage in my kitchen. He even called my wife the next time there was a heavy rain to make sure there were no other leaks. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the follow up. The price was reasonable and I could not have asked for a better job. I would definitley ruse them again.

My first appointment was scheduled for 9:00, and my handyman showed up at 10:45. He was able to complete 2 out of the 6 jobs I needed completed. So, then I had to call back to get someone who could finish the jobs. I scheduled a second appointment, and no one showed or called. So I called to see when they were coming, and they told me that the rain threw everyone's schedule off and they would have to come in 2 days! It rained for an hour! Not only that, I got a call 2 days later, on the new appointment date, and they told me they couldn't install a shower head! Wow! What a great handyman?!?!?! I would NEVER recommend these people to my worst enemy. Make sure you do research because anyone can create a website and call themselves "professionals." WORST SERVICE EVER!
