Toledo Dr. Toledo graduated near the top of his class at Southwestern Medical School before completing more than seven years of post-graduate surgical training at prestigious institutions including Duke University Medical Center and Baylor University Medical Center. He founded Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center in 1996 with the goal of providing comprehensive care in a safe, comfortable and private environment. Today, Dr. Toledo is double board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology.         I had a revision rhinoplasty by Dr. Toledo last month and it is already looking perfect. I had my first nose job in NYC 10 years ago and was never happy with the results. I saw 2 plastic surgeons here is Dallas and they both referred by to Dr. Toledo because he works on with difficult revisions. I felt totally confident after the first consultation. He was straight forward and told me exactly what he needed to do. My surgery was in December 2018 and right away I could breathe better and when the cast came off a week after surgery my nose looked a million times better. I am so happy I decided to do the surgery with Dr. Toledo. He really did a fabulous job and I love my results.
