Casa View Plumbing Service

I've used Casa View Plumbing for over 20 yrs for my rental houses. I've seen them grow into a very large company, which unfortunately, has taken them away from being trustworthy and interested in customer satisfaction into the typical high volume, over charging and could care less company they have become.

Last week I called them out to roto route a sewer. They now charge $150 for that. about $70 more than a typical roto router company charges, but I thought since I had a long history with them, they had my back. Less than a week later, commodes backed up again. I called them and was told because "tree roots" was written on the paperwork, there was no warranty on the work, and was quickly dismissed by service girl on the phone with a no one was available to come out for a day or two to do anything anyway. I remember the plumber explaining all the charges I had to pay before he did anything, never heard him say anything about warranty caveats!

I watched the guys root the pipe and saw everything they cleaned out...there was a root the size of a Oak leaf in a sea of paper products from the tenant. Maybe they want you believe tree roots grow enough in 4 days to clog a 4" sewer pipe???

My advice?...Stay away from the BIG company plumbers. If they have big expensive ads, and a fleet of nice, new trucks...they are cleaning out customers wallets instead of their pipes!

I called to get a quote on an install of a water heater. Very basic, nothing out of the ordinary.

$900.00 - $1600.00 depending on codes & so forth. I asked how much labor would be if I bought the heater. They will not do it like that. They want to mark it up a lot from what I gathered.



A great water heater can be purchased for @ 450.00 at any local Home Depot or Lowes.

This place is charging way too much money, especially in the Casa View area where many are on fixed incomes / retired.

I was shocked. I am trying to get something done for my mother at a good fair price but not here!

Move on if you want a good price.
