Capital One Bank

What's in my wallet? Nothing thanks to Capital One. Not only do they go out of their way to find or create a reason to slap you with a fee, but the staff doesn;t seem to know the banking business at all. They will not hesitate to say, "Gee, I don't know" & want to leave it at that. Having been a victim of fraud (someone using my checking account number to withdraw money from my account) I have, over the past 3 years been duped out of approximately 2,300 (not including the over-the-limit fees) charged against me by Capital One for their tellers giving my money away to anyone who whaltz's in (except for me). I have filled out official bank forms which were supposedly sent to their fraud investigation department (ACH Dept) and am still trying to find out what if anything has ever come of it. Three times, I went inside and was told by the manager that he would definately telephone me before 5:00 with some answers and this has been going on for almost three years.

Finally I have closed my account, never having recouped my losses due to fraudulant activities that should never have occurred, if only they had asked for identification. I believe they love it when that happens so that they can rake in the bucks by killing you with their 35$ plus $10 per day overdraft fee. I know they have made a small fortune off of me.
