Only one person was actually nice and professional.i had an appointment and was there 3hours,even after I was ok'd to donate,I sat in the back for an hour,while others were seated to donate before me an there were available seats.i just left.very unprofessional,I was overlooked, very uncomfortable,chaotic place.my sister was with me and she was disappointed.i will never go back there.
