He always answers my calls, if he is unavailable he has given me his cell phone number so I can text message him. He also always makes sure I am taken care of. He is always on time, professional and most importantly, he is trustworthy. He knows I am an Audi enthusiast and always makes sure my car is detailed or washed when it gets worked on. He is excellent at his job!
