        This is for the Au Bon Pain in terminal C at DFW.
        Employee dropped pan on floor of food, then picked it up and put it on counter where sandwiches are being made. Surface was never cleaned an sandwiches continued to be made.
        Shift manager was present and did not correct the employee.
