        This guy said he was insured. ...

        This guy said he was insured. cut a water line, cost me hundreds of dollars, then told me he was not insured and it wasnt his problem. DO NOT USE, call someone who has paperwork. would not refund any money to take care of his mistake. said he was not liable. I am taking him to court.
