Horrible business practices! Whether you are building a home or your home is near where he plans on building, be cautious dealing with this builder. In my case his poor building practices and multiple write-ups from the local county conservation office resulted in flooding and damages on my property. In the case of a new home he built in 2015, he went back and knocked on the door of a new construction he built a full 3 years prior and had some equipment rip up their yard to install the drainage systems he was supposed to put in originally.
