        I spent over an hour trying to use the automated system to ask one simple question about a delivery that I was not at home to sign for. I wanted to find out if it would be redelivered, or do I need to pick it up. I have a 11 year old niece who is mentally impaired and she has more ability to comprehend than this obviously retarded computer system. What a waste of federal money.
