Welcome to East Coast Westies. We are a small family-run kennel located in central North Carolina dedicated to breeding only the best, healthiest West Highland White Terriers.We are neither a puppy mill nor a backyard breeder and make sure all dogs are in the best of health before breeding. Rather, we breed for health, temperament, and breed standard conformation. All our dogs are raised in our home with our family, receiving only the best of veterinary care and nutrition, along with plenty of love. We show our Westies regularly in conformation. All our puppies come pre-spoiled, raised with children, and socialized as much as possible. Our primary stud, Scout, is a true champion-in-the-making. He is also a proven and sought-after stud. We fully expect for Scout to be a finished Champion by fall, 2009. There are American, English, and Canadian Champions in Scout's bloodlines.
