Pizza Parlor-Dallas

They started out a little off but have make several changes, the mushrooms were beer battered before know they are regular batter and are awesome with the dijon mustard sauce, the pizza dough is proofed and docked so it rises to the size of a pan pizza. they are loaded with toppings no scrimping there. I guess they just had some things to work out with their equipment and food suppliers cause its awesome now!!!!!

I personally have never had a better pizza. They are AWESOME!!! They are piled high with toppings and they are so welcoming. This is my familys place for pizza!! We cant wait until Thursday so we can order one.

I ordered a pizza and an order of fried mushrooms.

#1 the pizza has to be frozen dough with nochance to rise/proof. Very tough to chew. Mushrooms have live a douhgnut batter on them instead of a fried mushroom batter. They were not crunchy at all. Kinda goughy. My opinion does not reflect the opinion of others but no i would not order again unless they try a fresh dough
