Jones Finance, Inc. has been in busines since November 26, 1990. The founder ( Charles L. Jones a.k.a. Chuck Jones) is a retired United States Army First Sergeant. He served in South Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, and in the United States of America at Haley AAF, Fort Sheridan, IL and had two (2) tours at Fort Rucker, AL. He served in the service as an Air Traffic Control Manager. His retirement date from the Army was January 31, 1989. He had one (1) Combat tour at Phu Loi, AAF, (18 Ks NW of Saigon) South Vietnam from May 1968 to May 1969. Mr. Jones established the loan company after retiring from the military service in Daleville, AL. The company is located about one (1) mile south from Fort Rucker Daleville Gate on Daleville Avenue (Dale CO Rd 85). His objected was to support soldiers by offering them needed cash when needed. The company started lending up to $600.00 but over the years the amount has increase to $3,000.00. The consumer loan market we serve is active duty and retired military service members, postal employees, federal civil service employees, school teachers with tenure, and to the general public that resides in the state of Alabama. The loans are short term with a maturity date no longer than nine (9) months. We do require collateral to secure all our loans. Loans under $1,000.00 we will accept personal property such as electronic items (i.e., TVs, stereos, computers), garden and mechanic tools, jewelry, Antiques, Works of Art, lawn and sporting equipment.
