Gendrons Gutter Co

It was a pleasure dealing with Gendron's Gutter Co. in both the purchase and installation of quality gutters for our home in Dothan, AL. The owner, Marc Gendron and his son provided us with a reasonable quote and then followed through with a professional installation of the gutters (i.e., seamless aluminum gutters w/downspouts, gutter screens, and splash shields). Excellent job!

All around fantastic,,,best quality gutter company around, explained everything to me about what I would be getting and was very pleasent to to be around, the owner and his son where both very polite and even worked with me on the pricing and how we would do it all to make it look best...Arrived quick and exactly when they said they would and had the job done by the end of the day! All around excellent! I would recommend them before any other company around.

The owner started off very professional and then he went down hill. The owner couldn't remember my name and started calling me baby or honey of which I did not appreciate. Then upon instillation of the gutters, his employees gave me a option to pay now or the owner would send me a bill with an invoice. Since I had not received an invoice at this point and I needed to run to the bank for a check (really a money order), I asked for them to please send a bill and invoice. The owner called me a hour later and stated "So I hear you are out of checks". He went on to say he would be over in two hours with an invoice. I said my husband would like to see the gutters and he said he would stop by first thing in the morning at 8:30am, because the bank opened at 8:30am. I felt very harassed at this point. He ended up arriving at 8am and I answered the door while he was on a personal phone call of which he did not hang up; I was able to hear all about the vacation he was taking. He is very rude! I fell this company did not conduct professional business and I would not recommend this company or use their services again.
