Randy and his crew are great. He comes when he says he will, and does a great job when he gets here. One of the things I like most about him is that he will give you alternatives at different price points, and if you don't need some fancy thing on your heat pump, he just says, "you don't need that." Honest and great to work with.

Randy showed up when he said he would and got his men to follow up and make my repair the same day. In the Healthcare Industry this is crucial.

Mountain Air came out to check out our system. Said the t-stat was bad and they would get back to us. Never heard from them again. Got another contractor out and it was NOT the t-stat.

The workmanship and customer follow through are non-existent



They take your money and say so long. So much for extended warranty on parts and labor.
